The Switchback Beer Garden & Tap House is our exciting new restaurant located at our sole location in the South End of Burlington, VT. Nestled in a historic brick building at the brewery, it features a cozy bar, full kitchen, and plenty of space for dining indoors or out on our expansive dog-friendly patio.
Our menu, crafted by Executive Chef Chris Cantrell, highlights a fusion of German and Southern styles, with a focus on incorporating our signature beers into the dishes.
