Founded in 2011 in east Austin, Hops & Grain Brewing operates a production brewery and tasting room in central Texas. We focus on brewing clean and crisp lagers as well as complex and boundary pushing hop forward beer.

Our passion for contributing to the human experience drives our efforts every day, focusing on environmental stewardship, community and engagement and product quality innovation.
